Post 13 => Bye :D

Until the day came. This will be my last post (if I pass the course hahaha) and discuss some things about the activity.

The activity fascinated me. I not only improved my English but also learned a lot of my classmates.

It would be interesting not only discuss post of our comrades, but also respond. It would be a intneresante dynamics.

Since I left the post last semester, we have discussed many issues, so I do not much happens that new issues could talk.

I think it would be interesting to talk about the week. That is, there was a central theme during each week, but each post will focus on discussing each week. It would be much more entertaining. Maybe he had talked too much about San Fernando. Whenever I mention something about my city.

I would continue to practice English, but I like to talk more. I feel I learned enough about grammar, but my flaw is in the listening.

I would travel soon to the US to work in summer to practice the accent and to see new places. So this activity and the course will be a key pillar can deal with this trip.

Thank you so much for everything!

Post 12 => Ecology!

Hello comrades. Today we have to talk about the environment and ways of recycling. The reduce, reuse and recycle are the basic principles that taught us to have a more sustetable environment.

I learned this at school. In fact, my school was certified as an environmentally school. Always doing activities related to ecology: composting, recycling paper, solar panels, etc. I remember once I made a life-size room with cardboard for green school fair. Also I remember that TVN interviewed some colleagues for the initiative.

In my daily life I do not use much recycling, but I should do it more often. Although I put myself preferring public transport or just walking.
The only thing I've seen in relation to the recycling Santiago is that departments have an "ecological shaff" where elements such as cardboard, glass and plastic is added. I hope that these elements really are recycled and do not join with traditional trash.

Currently I have not seen at the University ecological movements as there was in my school, but what comes closest is the sustainable garden in which I have participated in workshops. It is an interesting and satisfying experience while because you feel that the self-sustainability is closer than you imagined. I think in santiago lack a strong focus on increasing green areas and reduce pollution in all its types. This could be done by increasing the quality of public transport, to the point where people prefer to use it instead of their own vehicles, as happens in most developed countries and in Europe.

That is my opinion on the subject. Thank you for reading.

Post 11 => Clinical Diagnostics. A subject to start

I am currently studying second year of the course of Dentistry. Well, actually I'm between two generations. But this year, one of the subjects I liked most was "Scientific Basis for Diagnosis"

I loved as habarcaba many subjects. First semester subjects such as microbiology, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, semiotics touched, among others. But that was in the first half! In second half, the industry is more focused on the oral cavity Clinic.

What I liked the course is physiology. The teacher who teaches classes is Dr. Miralles. It is an eminence as a teacher and researcher.

I actually like II clinical diagnosis as vada time I feel I approach to treat more patients in reality.
But not only that subject I liked. This year I enjoyed take Skills II (no skills I hahaha) "Skills II" is a bouquet where I had my first approach to preclinical. I learned a lot making buckets and learning about print materials. Also, I had two assistants and tutors, which had a lot of dedication to teaching. I really owe them a lot.

Overall, I liked all the subjects I studied, except Chemistry I. That bouquet hated him with my life. Aside from having teachers who could not teach, and the matter was fome study you did not know, I remember for the exam I fell asleep and I could not give it. I have bad memories of the sector. In fact, the most important in the industry that the study of ph ... I forgot.

We think that is a big problem because generate big quantities of waste.

  • What's the most common problem a Dentists face along their career?

The most common problems are generating in the attention, with the patient, for example when we take a difficult patient, especially the kids, children are the patient who had the most scare in the moment when go at the dentist. Post 7 => Friends

Hi all! Today I will talk about friends!

Throughout my life I have been very friendly people, but few people I could classify it as a friend. Somehow that word I give much importance.

At school he had had enough friends, but that's obvious. Young children playing live and it was easy to enter the games.

I remember being friends with some neighbors. We had a small group. It was very entertaining! We always ended up late playing. It was fun when all moms began to call each until all were going to the house. At that time I was the youngest, so I had a lot of jokes. I still remember when a bigger and fatter child I broke my bike with a header. I do not know how to explain it.

Already in high school, I had a group of friends with whom we got together to watch movies over the weekend. We were running late. We enjoyed watching horror movies when it rained. In San Fernando heavy rain and windy, so it was a little bit frightened.

I currently disconnected from my friends San Fernando, which makes me very sad, but here in Santiago have met people that really worth. Who supported me in good times and bad times and has been a family for me, especially now that my family is in San Fernando and I see only when I travel to San Fernando.

Unfortunately, now I'm between two generations, so we are increasingly less, but the friendship continues, so we get together sometime even to study.

I hope that we have the possibility to be together the rest of the career and we enjoy it very much!!

Bye!
